Tom Coburn – Tom Grew up in Southern, Central and Northern California and settled in Orange County until 1992 when he moved to Nevada County. At age 17 Tom joined the U. S. Coast Guard and spent 24 years in the reserves serving in LA/Long Beach, San Diego, Colorado River and Rio Vista. From 1978- 1994 Tom operated a commercial construction company specializing in restaurant interiors. After Tom’s move to Nevada County he was hired by the County as an Administrative Analyst to manage all capital improvements and the Emergency Services for the County. In 2000 Tom took over all facilities operations for the County and now oversees all custodial, maintenance, capital improvements, leases, and acquisition of County properties.Tom joined the CCFSA in the mid 90’s and has served the organization as past Vice President/ Treasure and is currently serving as Secretary.
